Anyone worked with Munera Capital?

I haven't found any independent reviews online, which is making me wary. Also, the fact that they're out of Puerto Rico (sorry, nothing against you PR!). They are buy-side advisors, typically working with P/E to source deals but are now offering their solutions to Searchers on smaller deals. $ upfront + 2% of closing. Claim to handle email automation, making introductions, resources to help close, etc. https://muneracapital.com/ Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@redacted‌ - I lived in Puerto Rico for 5 years, there are a lot of tax benefits for being there so I wouldn't worry about the fact that they are from PR. Not familiar with them but there are a lot of firms that can all handle the same buy side outreach. Shop around, asking for references. A fancy website doesn't mean anything!

I worked with them a bit and they went dark on me. I never got a deal closed with them.
