In my direct experience, it's hard to impossible to generate any proprietary deal flow in CH unless you are Swiss. It's a insiders' game. Probably the largest business broker is https://www.businessbroker.ch who has a good amount of deals of low quality at high valuations. Switzerland is a small market, so it would probably not be worth the effort to target the Swiss market only. So expand the search to DACH region, but of course this assumes you speak fluent German, which is critical. Otherwise check out Novastone for sure.
