Anyone with experience owning or operating a restaurant or hotel?
I'm looking to speak to people that operate (or have previously operated) a restaurant, hotel, or any other commercial kitchen before. I'm researching a few industries that provide services to commercial kitchens and am hoping to connect with professionals to better understand how they think about and use those services. Commercial kitchens exist in restaurants, hotels, casinos, cafeterias, country clubs, nursing homes, day cares, soup kitchens, etc.
