I spent a material amount of time consulting for the largest distributor of aftermarket truck parts in the US. They also had a material service component, and sold to service shops. Also diligenced many branch based heavy duty trucking businesses for them. Happy to bat around ideas.

Keep the shortage of skilled labor in mind.Trucking is under stress due to a critical shortage of CDL operators.Same applies to skilled mechanics (and really, all skilled trades).In today's world, growth is often capped by access to labor.
