Anyone with experience in the cold storage chain?

I'm looking into cold storage warehouses or refrigerated trucking (reefer) or an integration of the two.

I'd be curious to know about any regulatory complications or if there are any specialized areas (e.g. pharmaceutical/medical) that have additional considerations.

The interesting thing about the space, I would say, is that both infrastructure and real estate players, particularly during COVID have started to invest in the space, given its barriers to entry. This means both increased competition but also a potential buyer., so I would expect multiples to be slightly higher.
Also I’ve seen people doing really well on things like veterinarian transport and a few others that are very nichey because competition is lower and so is price sensitivity.
