Anyone with experience in B2G traffic system / surveillance management (or GovCon biz in general)?

Hi all, I am working on an investment thesis to acquire and grow a B2G traffic management / surveillance business - the business primarily has cities, municipalities etc as "clients" and installs, maintains traffic (ITS) systems (think crosswalks, speed cameras, redlight cameras, etc).

I am keen on learning about how similar companies thought about and executed value creation strategies (incl. roll-ups among alternative inorganic strategies).
