Hey ^redacted no experience with valuation multiples and structures, though I'm assuming the clinic would need to be acquired via an MSO.
I really like this space. Given all the stakeholders in IVF / fertility there are options. Though there seem to be some downsides to clinics: exposure to litigation, the impact one of those other players can have on the clinic's reputation, and the clinic's success rate.
But no business is perfect. Would love to connect and share learnings. Thanks
