I would like to get some insights into navigating healthcare services deal with real estate included. How should a buyer value the business and the associated real estate? How do lenders think about this type of deal when there is an incorporated real estate? I would appreciate your kind views. Thanks.

There are investors on both sides of the table here. I personally believe that the real estate should be valued separately of the business.
