Anyone with deal structuring experiences willing for a coffee chat?

The title is self explanatory. I am essentially looking for people who have done deal structuring in the past, including but not limited to sellers note, equity rollovers, earn outs, along with contingencies they impose in the deal. I understand the theory of all of them, however, I need to know the practical implications of each of these terms, along with the way to present to the seller.
