Anyone willing to share intern program syllabus or material ideas?

I understand that if you bring interns on you need to make it worth their while in the form of school credits and/or a syllabus, but I'm wondering what level of sophistication is most beneficial for them. While I'm sure this answer depends on the individual, I'm wondering if others have found out-of-the-box solutions or aids that served as a good guide or source of inspiration. Thanks as always!
