Hi ^redacted‌, that's amazing. Intellectual property is an important consideration for the acquisition, and that has a lot of different components - making sure they have the right to use the intellectual property (do they have agreements in place with the course creators transferring the intellectual property), the intellectual property is transferrable, and the license agreements for students. There may also be some different closing procedures in an asset sale that may include account transfers that go beyond what you typically see in other industries. I'd be happy to discuss this further.
