I use Make to scrape all the big listing sites (and deals with those that come in via email), ranks them on a few criteria, and sorts listings into priorities based on scores. It’s allowed me to look at TONs of listings without overwhelming myself. I also have a Make process to auto-review CIMs. It doesn’t make any final decisions, but it answers a huge questionnaire I wrote by collecting all the relevant information.
