Is anyone using AI for an initial screening of CIM’s and financials? If so, which provider do you use? Also, how do you go about potential confidentiality issues due to NDA’s?

I use Claude (both claude-code and CoWork). I've built about ~30skills that are good complements to some of the recently released ones (AI still can't build an LBO the right way though). I get a CIM review, growth strategy, and initial analyst report in 2 mins. It's helpful for getting to core issues quickly, particularly as viewed through the lens of my criteria. This helps with focusing my attention on deeper direct reads.
For Claude and Gemini, I set org settings to 'do not use my data'. Ultimately, the level of prompt engineering genius it would take to extract specific company info from hyperdimensional latent space means that your risk of leakage with attribution is miniscule, so I wouldn't worry too much about the NDA if you don't have those settings on.
