Anyone used Zoominfo / other good sources for owner contact info?

I heard Zoominfo is the best source to get reliable contact information for targeted prop outreach.  However, is it true that it's $2,000 per month?  Anyone been able to get a cheaper plan?

Other best sources for the most reliable contact information if Zoominfo is too expensive?

Rocketreach seems to do the trick in the UK, possibly good data where you are too. Much cheaper at c.£100/month
