Anyone Use CSBFP?

Has anyone here used the CSBFP (Canadian small business financing program)? I'm in Ontario, Canada, and was looking for the equivalent to an SBA program that America has I stumbled upon the CSBFP It looks solid main difference is that they guarantee up to 85% of the total transaction and offer $1.1M as opposed to the SBA's $5M
