I really like to avoid working with business brokers when possible. Networking has always been the best way to find deals in my experience but as I am targeting them more, its something i want to be more proactive on. has anybody had any luck with any tools out there that has helped them identify off book or non broker represented deals. The right prompts and deep research has yielded some outputs that are. in the right direction. I just wanted to put it out to the community for those with experience. I work in the behavioral health space. I've been self funded for most of my acquisitions, I typically find deals I can get in on at a discount and use my operational history to increase revenue and efficiencies that grow the company and ultimately allow for my replacement as CEO with new revenues while maintaining my own income. I am looking for my next deal, and while id love a sponsor to drop 15 million in my lap and let me have a field day. Im looking for behavioral health companies, without key man business models, mostly in the state of texas, maybe california, but also open to other areas. Typically near a city or area with a large distribution of UHNW families.
