Anyone sold a SaaS biz via Quiet Light or FE International?

Has anyone here had first-hand experience selling a SaaS business via Quiet Light or FE International? Looking to sense-check how good they are in practice (process, buyer quality, fees, etc). Would love any candid views. Thanks

Posting here with the caveat that I’m a Partner at FE International. In full transparency, we haven’t historically completed many transactions with solo searchers, not due to lack of engagement, but because in competitive processes they’re often up against sponsor-backed buyers and strategics who can move faster (not SBA) and underwrite to higher valuations. That said, we work with a large number of SaaS sellers each year, run structured processes, and focus heavily on buyer quality and execution certainty (sometimes searchers don't provide PoF which can create uncertainty for sellers) which ultimately drives outcome.
