Anyone Recommend a good closing attorney?

Hi I’m looking for recommendations on a good closing attorney/search friendly law firm. This is for a SBA deal / stock transfer with the owner retaining a minority share. The deal is under LOI and approved by the bank. No due diligence needed - just need to be familiar with how to do closing on a deal like this with the retained equity for the seller.
