Anyone pursuing a digital media/advertising search fund?

Interested in seeing if anyone is pursuing a fund in the digital media and ad space. I have had two media agencies (currently on my second endeavor for 7+ years) in NYC. Would be eager to speak with anyone who is familiar acquisitions in this space and/or forming a fund around it.
