I am wondering if anyone of you guys is also interested in running a SME? We have some companies in our portfolio that are looking for CEOs with the option of becoming a shareholder after a few years.

Julia- are these positions in the US? I have a podcast audience of 10k+ military veterans who love finding ways to step into running a small business and have worked with a few investors to source from my audience.
