If there are not published comps you may want to consider connecting with an industry organization or speaking with other similar companies in regions that are not of interest. The owners should have a perspective of where the companies trade. Moreover, they could possibly serve as a peer/mentor, advisor, or if needed possibly an additional LP for you.
