We are conducting due diligence on a business overseas, with plans to redomicile it to the U.S. as part of the transaction. The existing overseas FTEs will remain in place. Given these nuances, most commercial and SBICs are unable to provide acquisition debt. We’re exploring private credit options and would appreciate insights with anyone who knows of firms that do cross-border and/or $10-$15 million purchase price range.
