Anyone know of free software programs that convert PDFs to Excel?

I've used the PDF to MS Word table to MS Excel workaround, but am looking for free software that does the job while keeping the column structure from the PDF. I know Microsoft has released a beta version of Power Query that pulls data from PDFs (using the "Get Data" function in MS Excel), but that's only available to "subscription" buyers of Office 365, and I'm not a subscription buyer.

These are all great, thanks for the suggestions! ^redacted‌, I'm self-funded, so don't want to pay for Adobe Pro if I can avoid it, but thanks for the suggestions. Didn't know Adobe had an online version of the conversion tool, thanks ^redacted‌‌. And am surprised that Microsoft hasn't embedded this functionality within Excel -- they must have a gentlemen's agreement with Adobe!

You can use it limited number of times, but if go incognito when you use it and delete your cookies for the site you can use repeatedly. I have used it in the past many times. The site works well and is completely free, quick and no registration required.
