Hey all, I sold my business last year and I am looking for a tax professional who has experience in accounting for small business sales. It's a fairly straightforward stock sale so not looking for anything super expensive. Please let me know if you have any recommendations! Josh

Congrats on the exit, always a big milestone. One thing I’d flag (especially for “straightforward” stock sales) is that there are often still a few levers that can materially impact the final tax outcome, even post-close depending on how things were structured. Not always obvious from a standard tax return prep lens. Happy to take a quick look if helpful, I spend most of my time on deal-side tax + structure for SMB transactions.
