Hey Caroline, Happy New Year. I am very interested in the field, there are some very good start ups going after this market. I am a shareholder @ a Mexican Legal-tech Company.
On the other hand, I have not hear of buying-selling of Law Practices, it seems to me that in the US the firms add partners as they grow and that is how they basically sell the practice. But it will be interesting to look at it.

I am interested in legal tech companies. Thanks for sharing. Does Lumos just sell technology to law firms or also offer legal technology companies for sale/investment?
