Anyone interested in joining a FREE search support group?

About me: self funded/independent SBA buyer in Philly primarily in construction space. Been searching for a year and have submitted over 12 LOIs; had a broken deal in May###-###-#### Currently have 3 active deals hoping to close on one by mid###-###-#### Staying anonymous due to existing corporate job. I'll admit the "secret search" makes it even more lonely. The paid communities seems like a big $$$ investment esp. for SBA buyers who need to conserve capital. So just wondering if there's anyone open to join my FREE search support group - key criteria: -Must have searched for at least 6 months -Must have submitted at least 1 LOI -Must be a SBA buyer ($300-$1m in EBITDA range, no more than $6mm in EV) -Can commit to at least 30min a week to meet with the group -No direct competition with other group members in search criteria (we'll make sure there is a mix of geographies and industries to minimize competition) If interested please leave a comment with your name and email and we'll go from there!
