We have a 15year old specialty medical practice in North East Florida that we just signed. It boasts 2 office locations and the CRE is also available for both sites and existing relationships with nearby hospitals in multiple counties. I am awaiting the financials on this business so I can create the CIM, but I am compiling a buyers-list and want to put this opportunity out there. This seller is netting $3.5MM annually and I should have Tax return, Balance sheets and Income statements next week. It’s an Infectious disease clinic with strong ties to the major hospitals in the area. This is some of what they treat:
