Hey All, Been dormant for a while but just moved up to North Atlanta (Alpharetta area) and would love to get plugged into the local SMB / LMM community. A bit on me: I previously bought, grew and sold a small residential property management company, then spent a few years in middle market PE advisory and co-investing. Now I'm doing my own thing working with LMM investors ($1M - $5M EBITDA) range to bridge founder / seller transitions. (I find operators so investors don't have to run the company) I've worked on deals ranging from $1M to $40M+ in EBITDA across industries and would be glad to trade notes with searchers or sponsors if they need a second opinion.
