Anyone here with experience in poultry processing industry?

I'm looking to learn more about the poultry meat suppliers and the process of exporting. In particular the old egg laying hens (fowls) that are no longer able to lay eggs. Also like to learn how they have been affected by Covid 19 labor shortage.
