I'm working on a product in the clean energy compliance space and wanted to see if anyone here has exposure to this world. The IRA's Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship requirements are creating a real headache for anyone building solar, wind, or battery projects. It's basically Davis-Bacon compliance but applied to tax credits worth tens of millions of dollars per project. The folks I've been talking to (developers, EPCs, subs) are all drowning in spreadsheets and chasing paperwork months after the fact. Nobody seems to have a great system for staying on top of it in real time. We're building a tool to try to fix that, and I'm looking for people to talk to, not to sell anything. Just trying to learn and make sure we're building the right thing. Would love to connect with anyone who: - Owns or operates an electrical, mechanical, or civil sub doing work on renewable projects - Runs or has acquired an EPC or GC in the energy space - Is a small-scale developer building clean energy projects - Has a portfolio company that touches prevailing wage or Davis-Bacon work Even if it's not you but you know someone, I'd really appreciate an intro. Happy to share what we've been learning about this market too. Thanks! Andres

Thanks for the tag ^redacted‌. I haven't owned the business although have worked in these sectors across Australia, Asia and Europe. I can provide insights via a call, however my 2-cents is renewables are nowhere near as sexy as it was 5 years ago, most international energy companies are scaling back ambitions by 80-90% and is largely due to customer demand/utilisation not materialising and government grants being nowhere near as high as anticipated.

^redacted‌ We have a partner emeritus who has vast experience in the renewable energy space. If you send me an email, I'll make an intro. redacted
