Anyone have luck outsourcing cold calling for their search?

Has anyone had success outsourcing cold calling? For the direct outreach part of my search, I’m currently sending emails but would like to add cold calling as well. I’m looking to outsource this since time is limited with my current workload. Please comment below on what’s worked, what hasn’t, and if you have anyone you’d recommend or could refer me to.
