Anyone have experience working with SMB Diligence? QoE & Legal for $12K

I would love to hear about others' experiences working with SMB Diligence (https://smbdiligence.com/). They offer legal and QoE support for $6K each.

This is a standalone offering provided by the same people behind SMB Deal Hunter. Given their success with SMB Deal Hunter, I imagine they have extensive experience closing ETA deals, which allows them to provide quality advice/support without reinventing the wheel for most simple deals.
