Hi Ken, from Tampa as well. I don't know the MCA space specifically, but I've managed outbound sales teams and strong closers across businesses I've started and acquired. From what I can tell, that's basically the core of this business — origination drives everything, and the people doing it are aggressive, high-turnover, and tough to manage. I'd want to really understand what the day-to-day looks like managing that sales operation before anything else. Do you have a background in sales yourself?
