Going under LOI this week. Small deal. Looking for anyone with experience and/or investing in bakeries.

50% retail/50% wholesale.
Sweets bakery. Cakes, cupcakes, etc.

Congrats on scoring the LOI. If your transaction is over $1M in EV, you and your counter party should plan to secure insurance on the transaction. An RWI policy will transfer most of the financial risk away from the deal parties so you can focus on closing and then integration and execution. The cost is minimal and can be shared.
