Anyone have experience with home/commercial services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)?

I’m looking to connect with owners/operators in residential and light commercial services - HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. I’m currently evaluating a services business for acquisition and would value perspectives from those who’ve been in the space, both operators and investors. Specifically, I’m trying to pressure-test a few areas during diligence (customer concentration, technician dependency, service vs install mix, pricing power, etc.).
