Doesn't seem like there are any very robust tools for smaller deals. At the enterprise / large cap level there are solutions being made but not for smaller deals yet

I used Centurica and can recommend them. They also offer a deal review service for $200 which really came in handy when I wanted someone to get quick feedback on a deal I was considering.
