Hello community,
At the moment, I'm exploring opportunities of acquisitions in the home services industry. Does anybody care to connect about advising on what's a typical valuation, multiple and/or if this industry (especially ones that are season due to weather - I'm in Utah with 8 inches of snow outside right now) is worth going after? There are a lot of great business models within home services. Unfortunately, they are high profile industry for private equity firms because of the non-discretionary nature and high fragmentation (i.e,, roll ups).
