I'm pretty close to getting the funding I need to purchase either an outdoor living construction or renovation company. I'm SBA qualified, but looking to see if there are services to support and give direction to help close a deal. Looking for someone who's closed deals, is creative, understands the subtle nuances, and how to get the best deal possible and hold the seller accountable in the transition to ensure success.

Brandon, I have specialized in buy side representation for the last 15 years in this lower micro/ middle market. My firm can find off market deals or we can work with you on a deal that you bring to the table. My favorite analogy is that if you get arrested for a felony you can represent yourself in court, but you will have a fool fir a client. The same is true with buying a business. I can get you better financing, hold down advisory costs, make a creative deal structure that is a win-win, and bring it back to life when it dies 3 deaths as they all do. redacted

^redacted‌ thanks for the tag. ^redacted‌, we have both a consulting side to our business as well as an investment banking side. We do often work to support buy-side through our consulting arm, and believe that our deal experience from our transaction side gives us a unique experience and perspective. Would be happy to connect - feel free to email me at redacted
