All cash purchases are typically only done on deals where there will be multiple acquisitions like rollups, where leverage is used in some or all of the other acquisitions in the deal. If it's a single acquisition, I would at minimum have some seller carry/note.

I specialize in working with entrepreneurs who want to do multiple acquisitions. The first acquisition is often made with cash plus seller carry but the ultimate objective over time is to leverage non-convertible debt and OPM.
