I’m looking for someone who has experience owning and or acquiring a painting business. I am current considering buying one and have questions regarding: - industry - it seems highly fragmented - structure and growth - what works and what are landmines - structure of crews / W2 / subs etc - sales / marketing funnel etc Business is 50% residential and 40% commercial 10% industrial Thanks in advance!
