Anyone have experience migrating a CRM between companies?
I’m looking for feedbacks on the best way to migrate a CRM platform from one company to another without losing important contacts, notes, activities, or deal history.
If you’ve been through a CRM transition during an acquisition or carve-out, I’d love to hear:
- What tools or platforms you used for the migration
-How you ensured clean data transfer (contacts, pipelines, emails, tasks, etc.)
- Any pitfalls to avoid or best practices for minimizing disruption
- Whether there are recommended automated solutions vs. manual exports/imports
