Anyone have experience in the window treatment industry?
I'm evaluating a deal in this space and have found some structural issues with the business. I would like to know if those are fixable.

Good afternoon, the first question I'd ask is whether the structural issues are industry-specific or owner-specific. 👀
You will find that many "industry problems" end up being operational design problems: founder dependency, undocumented processes, customer concentration, weak sales handoffs, poor estimating workflows, access-control issues, and/or key knowledge living with one employee.
Before deciding whether something is fixable, I'd map:
• What breaks if the owner disappears for 30 days?
• Which revenue-generating activities depend on specific people?
• How work moves from lead to estimate to installation to invoicing
• Where customer, vendor, and operational knowledge is actually stored
The answers usually tell you whether you're looking at a repairable operating system or a structural limitation of the business itself.
What types of issues are you seeing?
