Anyone have experience in the towing industry?

I’m looking to learn more about the towing industry. I’d love to talk to people who have acquired mature towing companies from a business owner who started as a one truck shop. I’m looking to learn: -How to grow the business when insurance contracts and police municipalities are already involved. -What red, yellow, and green flags should I look out for when reviewing towing companies for sale? -what grade financing opportunities are available given the high cap requirements? -How should you value a towing company? Revenue only, revenue plus FF&E, or something else?
