Anyone have experience in residential and commercial flooring retailers?

I’m looking for those experienced in flooring for M&A of flooring retailers. I have one lead in the PNW where owner is retiring. Margins I’m told 30-35%. Currently researching SWOT analysis in this sector. My experience shines in customer service and leadership, but I have none in the flooring sector. Thank you.
