Anyone have experience in creating and selling NFT's (non-fungible Tokens)

Hi, 
You may have seen news on NFT's lately.  I have come up with a plan to use them for funding for the launch of SurfTheWeb.  As you know, NFT's are often linked to digital art/photos.  One of my plans on SurFtheWeb is to be an alternative to FB by having social interaction organized by topics and localities.  So we would have a top-level page like Football.SurfTheWeb.com or a local like LosAngeles.SurfTheWeb.com. Each top-level will have a banner graphic/picture which will be custom art.  The NFT will be the ownership of that art and the topic/local subdomain name, with possible revenue share.  
If anyone has expertise or ideas please let me know.  If you want to invest pre-launch we can do that too.
