Anyone have any decent materials they can share for Medical Consolidation?

Hey guys just starting my search-fund exploration, with a particular interest in medical practise roll-up/ consolidation.
I was wondering does anyone from other jurisdictions (US corridor, parts of EMEA & Asia-Pac) have material they could share. Particularly looking for support around the model workup, investor focused pitch decks, and medical practitioner reach out/ approach methodology?
Really appreciate any inputs!

I am by no means an expert in the medical practice roll-up space, but have had an interest in it in the USA. I also practice medicine part-time in Ireland. My initial learnings brought to light that jurisdictions play a critical role and will impact the structure/operations. In the USA, each state has their own regulations on the subject. In general, medical practices need to be owned by the licensed practitioner. So for clinics, two entities are typically created; one entity (the rollup) owns and manages all the billing, marketing, equipment, office space, staffing, etc. The second entity (the doctor) owns the entity delivering medical care. An agreement is made between the two entities that provides payment for the respective contributions of services. Note, hospital systems that have M&A functions may be structured differently.
Hopefully, others experienced in this space may be able to clarify or shed more light.
Side note, I will be in Ireland in Sept if you wanted to connect in person. Happy to connect by phone/zoom beforehand as well if you wanted.
