Anyone have an example template for what they've used for proof of funds?

We've been asked by brokers to provide this and wanting to see if there is a standard or things they are looking for specifically. Best examples I found are connected to real estate transactions.

I can second both the SBA PFS (which you'll need to apply for a loan anyway) and the investment statement have been acceptable to different parties.

The SBA has a personal financial statement - you could use the first page to provide them with confidence. It's not officially official, but I've found that it works. Plus I've found it rate to actually get asked for it.
