Anyone have a manufacturing business in Cali area?

We are looking to buy manufacturing. California would be great, but we'll look at the rest of the United States. If it makes sense. Buyer is a SpaceX process planner with a strong team. For California our basic buy box is: Ebitda: $700,000 minmum $5,000,000 maximum Multiple is negotiable, but at the end of the day, it is based on what we can get financed, and a DSCR we can still operate the business safely with. Buyer is not industry specific, but does prefer metal. Outside of California Ebitda is: $2mill to $5 mill Please let me know if anybody has anything or if you have any leads.
