I'm happy to provide a template for investor letters of support as well, feel free to DM me or email me: redacted lenders, we've found it's typically easiest just to work towards a terms sheet as quickly as possible. If it's a good deal and you have a good relationship with the lender and IOI that the seller is interested in--you can typically get a terms sheet pretty quickly. Including that with a LOI demonstrates your ability to fund the deal.
