I'm Sam, prev founder/CTO of a VC backed healthtech. I'm doing an AI enabled rollup and have narrowed the target to two verticals: MSPs and freight brokerage. If you've operated or have experience in any of those spaces, I'd love to trade notes.

I spent around 10 years in Transportation. I wouldn't touch brokerage at all right now. The Supreme Court ruling last week that opens brokerages to lawsuits makes it way too risky. My experience with most of the "tech enabled" brokers is that they had no real interest or understanding of carrier due diligence and they will be a liability nightmare.
